Christina Marine is an associate attorney with the law firm of Whiting, Ross, Abel & Campbell, LLP. Christina is a highly experienced family law attorney who has been practicing for over two decades. Prior to joining the firm, she had her own practice for over 20 years. She practiced in San Diego, Contra Costa County, Alameda County, San Francisco County, and Marin County. She has safely guided hundreds of clients through challenging family law issues. Christina’s deep understanding of family law issues, combined with her compassionate approach and commitment to her clients, make her a trusted advocate for those navigating difficult family law matters.
Christina has been a Certified Family Law Specialist since 2015. Prior to attending law school, Christina worked for the San Diego District Attorney’s Office of Child Support Enforcement. She also worked at the San Diego Family Law Facilitator’s Office providing legal assistant to self-represented litigants.
Christina was a frequent volunteer at the San Diego Guardianship clinic and the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer’s Domestic Violence clinic. She was also the lead attorney of one of the San Diego Second Saturday’s program which provides legal assistance to people at the beginning stages of their divorce. Christina is a frequent volunteer at the Alameda Access Clinic helping self-represented litigants with filling out documents, and advice regarding their case. Christina also volunteered with Free to Thrive in San Deigo and took cases pro bono representing victims of sex-trafficking in family court and criminal court.
Christina was born in Hawaii but raised in Los Angeles and Phoenix. When not advocating for her clients, you can find her playing and watching tennis and spending time with her family.
