Christopher “Toby” Erickson is assisting the Alameda County Superior Court, Family Law Trial Department, as a Settlement Referee. Proceedings are currently conducted remotely to maintain access to the court while ensuring the safety of all involved.
Laura Ramsey is volunteering in the “Shriver Project.” It is a new Family Law program launched in Alameda County in which experienced family law practitioners provide day-of-court representation to low income litigants at hearings involving child custody and visitation.
Scott Lantry recently returned to his alma mater, University of San Francisco, School of Law, as a guest lecturer on the topic of the division of community property upon divorce.
